feat: Mehrere Suchbegriffe im Maps-Tab (Chip-System)

- Keywords als Chip-Input statt einzelnem Textfeld
- Queries = jedes Keyword × jede Region (Kreuzprodukt)
- Vorschläge für gängige deutsche B2B-Branchen
